He has had 40 years of experience in Church and Church organization fund raising activities. He has a law degree from De Paul University Law School. He holds a Certification in Philanthropy and Non Profit Organizations from Northwestern University. Rev. Reagan has been a pastor in churches and church related organizations for the past 20 years.
